Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. We do not ship on the weekends or holidays. At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States.
Orders over $100 will receive free shipping. Orders under $100 will have a flat rate fee of $6.
Return Policy
Return Policy
Our online order return policy states that items may be returned for store credit only for up to 15 days after order has been delivered. Customer is responsible for return shipping and packaging. We do not allow exchanges as we cannot guarantee an item will be in stock. Items returned for store credit must be unused, unwashed, and have original tag attached. Magnolia Artisans is not responsible for items that have been damaged after they have arrived into your care. Please care for your items. Jewelry, undergarments, hats, and personal care items are not eligible for returns.
To make a return, simply fill out the return form included in your package. Place item and return form in packaging and ship to:
